NOTICE INVITING QUOTATION
Sealed tenders for the disposal of following vehicles are hereby invited on behalf of the Chairman, HIMUDA by the undersigned. The tender will be accepted in the prescribed form which can be had at a cost of Rs.200/- from the office of the undersigned on any working day before 4.00 PM upto 14.11.2008 & the same will be received upto 11.00 AM on 17.11.2008 and opened on the same day at 12.30 PM. If the opening date happens to be a holiday then the tenders will be received and opened on the next working day in the presence of intending tenderers or their authorised representatives: 1. Mahindra Jeep (Petrol), HP-03/2003, Engine No:(PT0089, Chasis No: CL540PE4 FT PT-008, Model Oct. 1996 (Vehicle is parked at Nigam Vihar, Shimla-2 parking for inspection) 2. Gypsy HP-03/1819, Engine No:217956, Chasis No:166326, Model, August, 1995 ( vehicles are parked at HIM-Parivesh Building, Ph-III, New Shimla for inspection)
Tenderer may inspect the above vehicles at the place mentioned above on any working day. The tenders whch are not on the prescribed form or which are received after scheduled date and time will not be considered. Earnest money to cover 10% of the amount quoted for the vehicle must be furnished with the tender in the shape of cash/fixed deposit receipt/call deposit receipt duly pledged in favour of Executive Engineer (E), HIMUDA, New Shimla-171009. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any tender without assigning any reason.
