In accordance with the relevant clauses of the Himachal Pradesh Housing and Urban Development Authority(HIMUDA) Act 2004, the Board of Directors is headed by a Chairman. It consists of one Vice-Chairman, two non-official members and seven official members. HIMUDA has fully established Engineering & Architectural Wing, Legal Cell, Revenue Cell, Accounts Cell and Administrative & Estate Management under the overall Management of Chief Executive Officer-cum-Secretary.
